Dedication

Many authors say thank you to different people that helped them on the author’s journey. I have many people to thank. But some experiences are shown to explain why you do something. I use my stories for an escape as many others do as well. Some will look for meaning in the stories that they write or read. However, our personal lives are written into the words that we write. I create a different world that came from what is in my head and imagination. I still have influences from my life and people that I care about going into those same stories. Authors don’t fully separate our lives from our work even fictional.

Life is complicated which is why we have stories. Stories allows us the chance to escape and find meaning with others. Everyone is different and meanings change. The biggest thing is to find that meaning for what you do and more importantly, who you spend time with and love even when they can’t be there. I feel grateful for those people. And I wish everyone remembers that everyone makes an impact. I wish you remember to support others and still get support yourself. I wish you would remember that our true loved ones are there and to talk to them when you need it and the best thing is to remember. Remember people, events and things to show us our stories and get us where we are going.

People will push you down while others pull you up. Everyone can prove the non-believer wrong but it is better to focus on gathering closer with loved ones. We need the connection whether it is in good times or bad times. Our stories tell everyone who we are and our legacy. And this is mine. Even if the book’s stories are made up. So thank you all for being part of it. For connecting. I do have specific people to thank.

The biggest group is my family and friends that have supported me since the beginning. I believe the biggest one is my Mom who has been my editor and supporter from the beginning and the one that inspired me to write. Obviously, the next one is my Dad who has helped me and supported me through this process. My brother is next for all the help and support he has given to me through out the years. I have to thank my best friends, Shawn and Heather. I also can’t forget my biggest fans which can only be Mawmaw and Grandpaw. Mawmaw has always been the first to buy my book even before me and also, Grandpa has shared my book better than me. I will always be grateful. I also want to thank and remember Nanny and Pawpaw. I want to thank Skip and Suzanne for supporting me, giving me my first job, and being my friends. I also want to thank my old Girl Scout troop. You know why :). Thank you for reading my stories.

I am thankful for all my family and friends and everyone that reads my books. I hope that my books can allow you to escape with a good story like I have in my own head. I hope you get your own meaning out of the books and stories. Also, I hope you all stay hoppy!
